Quality Review Service

The iTools Quality Review Service provides an independent and objective management review of your iTools implementation and project processes.

The Quality Review Service assists your executive management, programme managers and project managers in providing a second opinion of the solution implementation, progress towards meeting the solution goals and delivery of project best practice. The scope of the quality reviews are to investigate the application usage, the implementation of project management best practice and the effectiveness of the overall solution implementation.

Quality Reviews are recommended at the end of each week during the implementation period and on a monthly basis post implementation.
